Advance livestreaming tickets are subject to a fee of $1/ticket purchased online. There is no processing fee for tickets purchased on the phone or in-person at the box office. Advanced livestreaming tickets are available online and through the box office until two hours before the livestream performance. Advance livestream tickets are not available through the box office within two hours of a performance time.

"At-The-Door" livestreaming tickets are available beginning one hour before the performance, online only. There is no additional processing fee for "At-The-Door" livestreaming tickets. You can not buy an "At-The-Door" ticket and then use it the next day. These livestream tickets "admit" you to the show automatically when you purchase them. No code is required when you purchase an "At-The-Door" ticket.

Individual streaming tickets allow access to a specific scheduled livestream performance. Individual streaming tickets are for one person viewing alone.
Household streaming tickets are for two to four people watching at the same time in the same location
Group streaming tickets are for five to ten people watching at the same time at the same location. Contact the box office for group ticket availability for groups larger than ten people.
how do I
my livestream ticket?
Season members book tickets online, just as you would for an in-person ticket: using the code you use for your Flex Tickets. Your unique season member code will be automatically approved at your household for the livestream performance you have booked. If you would like to give or share a livestream ticket to another individual or household, you will need to call the box office to receive an additional one-time use unique ticket code.
Non-members book tickets online, purchasing a ticket just as you would for an in-person ticket. When the box office processes your ticket purchase, you will be emailed your unique code for that performance. The latest you might receive your code is two hours before the livestream.
how do I
watch a livestream
Performances will be streamed at AmeliaCommunityTheatre.org/live. You can click the link in the header above labeled "Livestream" at any time. A link will also be available on the homepage of our website. With your ticket code, "arrive" at the webpage up to 45 minutes before the performance time. Livestreams are live so be sure you are on-time for the performance as you would for an in-person show. When prompted by the livestream video player, enter your unique code to "enter" the performance. Then watch and enjoy the show!
WHAT IF I FORGOT MY CODE OR IT DOESN'T WORK?
Call the box office at (904) 261-6749 for help with your code. Leave a message if no one is available and we will return your call.
CAN I WATCH ON MY TV?
You can watch the livestream on any device with a web browser. Your computer or smartphone is the easiest way to watch. If you can connect your computer to your TV with an HDMI, Roku screen projection, or another method, you should be able to do this for the livestream. Be sure to test your connection before the livestream. Make sure that you can see the webpage and hear your computer's audio through your TV.
WHY AM I BEING ASKED FOR MY EMAIL?
You may be asked to input an email when you use your code. This email is used to send you a verification password in the future. If you access the livestream from a new location, you may automatically be sent a verification password and required to input it to view the stream.
CAN I SHARE MY CODE WITH SOMEONE ELSE?
Your ticket code may only be used in one location for a performance. To use your livestream tickets in more than one place, contact the box office.
CAN I WATCH IN TWO ROOMS AT THE SAME TIME?
Household streaming tickets may be used to livestream on multiple devices simultaneously if all the devices are on the same internet connection. Do note that each computer, phone, and internet connection is unique. Some devices may have more of a delay in the stream timing than others.
I CAN'T SEE THE LIVESTREAM PLAYER!
Make sure that you have cookies enabled in your web browser. Cookies are little bits of information that the livestream gives to your browser to remember your ticket code being used. The player won't load correctly without cookies enabled. Additionally, if you are using an ad blocker, make sure that it is not incorrectly blocking the video player.
I CAN SEE THE SHOW, BUT I CAN'T HEAR!
There are two main things to check to make sure your audio is working correctly. The livestream player has a volume level built into it on the bottom left of the player. Check that it is not muted. Also, make sure that your device's audio is working independently of the livestream. Check the volume of your computer, phone, or TV with a different video.
THE VIDEO LOOKS GRAINY OR KEEPS PAUSING!
Our livestream is adaptive. This means it streams in FHD, but it might be automatically reduced in quality if your connection is too slow. A strong internet connection capable of watching videos with a large streaming service (YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, etc.) is recommended for the best experience.
