Studio 209 at 209 Cedar Street with the 80-seat auditorium and the Mainstage theatre at 207 Cedar Street  with the 170-seat auditorium are available for rental. Think about ACT for your next benefit, meeting, show, party, or other special event!

Definitions

Commercial = Any group using the theatre for profit, when an admission fee is charged, tickets sold, or a service or product is offered for sale.

Private = Any group function not open to the public that does not charge any type of fee or admission for the event.

Non-Profit = A 501C(3) organization that will use the theatre for a group function. (A copy of your current tax-exempt letter or certificate must be included with your reservation deposit.)

Per hour charge for more than 6 hours: $ 50.00

Reservation Deposit $150.00.  Fee must be received in order to reserve the date.  Fee will be applied to base rental.  Notice of cancellation must be made in writing 2 weeks prior to the event or deposit will be forfeited.  Damage/disappearance deposit $150.00 Due at time of reservation. Credit card number required. Refundable after inspection.
