Thornton Wilder's classic play is about the lives of the residents of Grover's Corners, a small town in New Hampshire. It is a simple story, touchingly told, of daily life between 1901 and 1913.
Our Town won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 1938 and has been performed on Broadway, in regional and community theatres, and on high school and college campuses throughout America.
As our lives and times change, audiences will forever remember the famous line from this play, ''This is the way we were.''
